A second-generation family-owned & operated business, we started out as a small drainage installation operation that consisted of a shovel, a hard-working immigrant, and a VW bug.

Since then, our company has grown to meet the increasing demand for demolition and excavation services across the Lower Mainland of Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We were incorporated in 1986 to form J&R Excavation & Demolition Ltd.

A Family Business

After growing up learning the business from his father, Hubert Regehr took over the helm when Eckard retired in 2007. With his comprehensive knowledge of machines and drainage systems, Hubert is considered an industry expert.

Continuing the family tradition, Hubert’s own children are now directly involved in company operations.
